What is your return policy?
For physical items you have 7 days to request a return or exchange. For digital products and fitness services there are no refunds. I try to work with all my customers in these tough times, please reach out if you need any assistance with your order or training.

When will I get my order?
Given the current circumstances, It may take up to 30 days to receive your package. Without any shipping issues your item should arrive within 7-14 days. We aim to ship and deliver as fast as we possibly can. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are all still experiencing issues. Don't worry if your tracking seems stalled, everything is being delivered, please reach out if you haven' received your item within a 3 week period.

Do you offer in person training?
Yes! Please apply and we will contact you if you're a good fit.

What is your privacy policy?
